All coaches at Carina Leagues Triathlon Club have Triathlon Australia accreditation, first aid training and positive blue card notices. There is a heavy focus on ongoing coach education. This is both formally, through external service providers such as physio, sport psychologists, other coaches, and, also with the weekly in-service education facilitated by Warwick Dalziel.
The Carina Leagues Triathlon Club coaching group has successfully coached National and State Triathlon Champions as well as many international athletes since 2002. They have also coached many other age groups to accomplish their individual goals, including finishing ironman and half ironman events, as well as Australian age group selection, from beginners aiming to finish their first enticer, sprint or Olympic distance races.
